Company History

Trent Gay took over the presidency of Gay & Son Masonry, L.P. from his father, our founder, Bob Gay, from 1989 to 2022. From a young age, it was obvious Trent had masonry in his blood. He changed the course of company history by transitioning to the commercial sector. The company has proudly been a family-owned business since the beginning, and the firm's leadership has now passed to the third generation.

Tiffany Ward

President

With over 20 years of industry experience, Tiffany Ward has risen to direct leadership of the company's pro-efficiency in masonry and construction administration. She is dedicated to continuing the standards of excellence established by her family's business.

Joshua Ward

Project Manager

Joshua has over 26 years of experience in the masonry industry. As a teenager, Joshua worked summers with his brother-in-law, who owned a masonry business, then later ventured into starting his own business. When the economy took a downturn, he moved to Texas in 2009 and began working at Gay & Son Masonry, L.P. as a project manager. He is the primary liaison between the operations and the general contractors. Joshua is fully equipped to handle projects of any size.

Jim Bivens

Estimator

With over 30 years of experience in industrial and commercial construction, Jim has gained extensive knowledge in the masonry division through his growth with the Gay & Son team. He offers top-of-the-line estimation services.

Tony Territo

Estimator

With over 20 years of experience in commercial masonry, Tony has diverse experience in projects ranging from remodels to new airport terminal construction and everything in between. He is a valued member of our team.

Seferino Rodriguez

Field Superintendent

Seferino has over 30 years of experience in commercial masonry, making him a key member of our team as a field superintendent.
